    It’s our annual Cinco de Mayo Party!

    Menu:

    Tacos on house-made masa corn tortillas
    Served with fresh pico de gallo, lime, cilantro, hot sauce

    1. Seared tuna, avocado, lettuce, feta, pickled jalapeno.
    2. Pulled beef & chorizo Chili con queso, lettuce, chili, cheddar
    3. Smoked chicken, avocado, lettuce, smashed black bean shaved red onion
    4. Vegan taco – TBA

    Chili Rellenos – Roasted poblano pepper stuffed with ricotta, queso fresca, bacon, garlic, cilantro, toasted pumpkin seed and cumin. Crusted in masa and fried. Served with smoked tomato coulis.

    Arepa – Fried masa harina dough topped with braised pulled beef & chorizo chili, corn salsa, fried egg, feta, raddish, red onion, avocado, cilantro, hot sauce.

    Sharing Dip Platter – Guacamole, white bean-toasted cumin hummus, ancho chili-corn salsa, masa chips with melted cheese (queso fundido).

    Lengua Torta РBraised beef tongue, Manchego cheese, grilled red bell pepper, saut̩ed mushroom, shaved red onion, sliced avocado, hot sauce, iceburg, aioli.

    Cochinita Pibil – Slow cooked pork shoulder wrapped in a banana leaf, braised with habanero peppers, sour orange and achiote spice. Served with pickled onions, pico de gallo, fresh masa shells, and cabbage slaw.
